it looks like it to bad we need some order and better regulation in the market at this point it is a joke, companies in business for 10 or more years and the only thing they have done is selling shares, without one ever really know how the money is been used, bogus paperwork in some times ,advances to company from third party, no name etc the sec need to start doing their jobs imo
