The whole convertible debt fearmongering simply resulted in a self fulfilling prophecy...

...there's nothing I can do or say about that. It's not my problem if people want to give into that and sell.

It just makes the stock cheap for those who have the courage to buy more...BUT...if we fall below a penny because of this nonsense, I then become concerned because the odds are against us in a big way, if that happens.

A reverse split will be a catastrophe.
