I was wondering if anyone invested in APDN followed the FCC's and Congressional process when the V-Chip technology was pushed by the Clinton/Gore administration back in the 90's. I was a share holder of Tri-Vision International, Ltd. which was also a company with an exclusive patent for its use in blocking inappropriate TV programing. Great idea and even had a federal government mandate by the FCC to help parents with programing that was child friendly. The technology was found to be little used by parents for a variety of reasons and the company and the technology was purchased by and incorporated by the television manufacturers with no payoff for the small investors. Sounds like another company with Federal Government help?? I got nicked but survived. Check out the story of the V-chip on Wikipedia.
