Why they allow 4 digit quotes is beyond me...but it is fun to watch the NSS'ers scratching their heads trying to make sense of the 5 and 6 digit trades between the bid and ask and below the bid.

I think the SEC and FINRA are going to get a lot of "documentation" coming their way...lol.
