MJNA is in too many lawsuits....eroding profits!

MJNA management needs to perform on it's contractual obligations.....then the lawsuits expenses will diminish!

The multiple lawsuits has management tied up and twisted, something has to give. Hard to develop new markets when top executives are busy defending all the litigation.

A few example are the $60 million dollar accounting mistake.....the poor quality control pertaining to cbd....the list goes on and on and on!

The shareholders are the ones that will be ultimately paying the price...geez! IMHO
