They are not sharing anything about their financial because there are some shady things going on. In the past 3 days, a ton of publication requested information about Saleen's stiuation but they declined.

They have a lot of questions, but Saleen doesn't want to give the answer because it would look even worse.

For example: who owns the cars that Saleen has? The only one that appears on the financials is the S7 and it's held for creditors. The "FOURSIXTEEN" they have for 3 months now never appeared anywhere. They showed a few other cars at the LA show, they are not on inventory either.

Also what happened to the customer deposits? the $400k bank loan is owed in 4 days. Did they get the extention?

I'm sure there's a lot of panic at SLNN right now. Their financial hardship flew under the radar until now. They have to communicate more with investors.

It will also be a lot more difficult for them to get deposits.
