You speak and have more so called insight that the CEO of Fsnr.
Here is the words of the CEO of Fsnr, so I put more accuracy in his blog, thank you for your two cents, but it has added to nothing like Fsnr.

No milestones so no updates, so nothing.
That's not my negative, that's truth.
The negative is because of the company, it's negative, in everything.
You can not be accurate in saying what the company is or isn't doing, you haven't been updated.
Almost a year since last blog, so according to the CEO, you can speculate what you want, but the CEO said he would update on news.
Now, my issue with is Fsnr from Encapsol to now because it is only been lies, at least up to now.
It's never accomplished anything on its own.
It is a 1/3 partnership through a LLC.
Means nothing, and has never helped any common shareholder.
Red, just speak truth about Fsnr, not your promotional hope.
Because Fsnr hasn't done anything you said up to date.
