His other priority is supposed to be building shareholder value. He has failed miserably in that regard. You don't allow note holders and financiers to purposely drive your share price into the ground so they can convert at an abnormally low market cap and share price. That is how share structures get blown out unnecessarily. He needed to do more to support the share price.
