After all parties ahve signed off on the financing to build more Petrzene machines, and a PR along with an 8K is filed, then CEO will 'update the progress' as machines are constructed, delivered, and production started, sales, etc. That will be your updates as promised by the CEO; (reference: CEO blog on the Petrozene Business Plan).

It seems you do not realize that he cannot update during the negotiations while under signed non disclosure agreements.
