With the name corporate name change official, what does WeedHire Intl. have planned for its recycling operations? How will this affect these operations?

Recycling operations will operate as a separate subsidiary of WeedHire International.


With the 15,000,000 new preferred shares, what is the plan for them? Why the increase?

We made them available if needed for future use of which as of now none is defined.


What does your partnership with the MJBA and Mr. David Rheins mean for the company? What is the direction for WeedHire and MJBA?

Our partnership with the MJBA & Mr. Rheins is to both enhance the direction and branding of WeedHire. We have already hosted an initial job fair in Seattle this past September tinyurl.com/k939rr7 .


As for weedhire.com, can we expect any revenue estimates from the sale of advertising space on weedhire.com before the end of the year?

As a pubco unfortunately we are not at liberty to provide revenue estimates.


Does WeedHire and Viridian Sciences have any business relationship? What does WeedHire know of Viridian Sciences' viridianstaffing.com?

Mr. David Murét, the CEO of Viridian and I have had several discussions and there is a common respect for both organizations goals. We are both interested in finding mutually beneficial ways to help each other in the future.
