I have never ever seen such a friggin manipulated orchestrated sell off/accumulation in my investing life.

If Anderson was just selling shares on the open market I'd be calling him everything except a white boy. Even a slant eye. But that's not what is happening here. This is bigger. This could be a friggin awesome merger or acquisition with a huge down payment and operational cash in hand to boot. Anderson did say he hired a consultant and is possible being advise to do this and remember the consultant had companies that were already interested in merging.
I only wish Anderson would just come out and say he's still freakin alive....
