Gee does it give a length of term in the financials? Is three years,, 5 years,10 years, 20 years? I assume the reason there was no mention of terms was because its a know fact that over $50,000 then the terms will be over 10 years.

It isn't a fact at all. So we should stop pretending as if we know unless we are prepared to show PROOF!

Regardless, we still cannot support any claim that the LTNC has a lien for $1.7 million because once again it isn't true!

That is the reason why no one seems to be able to produce a single shred of evidence to support their statement.

Their Agreement with this issue supersedes "standard operating procedures" so using that as a basis for fact is WRONG!
