I noticed once again the 'catalyst' has been omitted from another communication.
Specifically in this instance Heddle actually refers to just the ' licensing of our processors'.
Not having all that much expertise in the licensing field I thought the whole idea of it's benefit from the 'magic catalyst' was a continuous revenue stream due to the need that the buyer is required to use vast amounts of it continuously in order for Bordynuiks machines to work.
Thereby with each and every purchase of the essential 'magic catalyst' putting dollars in the companies coffers.
But since Heddle has now stated the licensing is for processors isn't the revenue that comes from that only based on a one time sum upon a sale ?
No continuous revenue after a sale ?
Maybe I am wrong about that...like I said I am no expert....but another question arises....
From my brief research, as I understand it, when technology is licensed it is essential it is patented.
Wouldn't this be a major issue for Heddle to get a licensing deal since none of Bordynuiks machines have a patent ?
