Absolutely agree. But saving 5.5% on taxes is a BONUS. And this incentive applies to even existing public companies. Say another OTC pink is incorporated in CA. All they have to do is transfer the articles of incorporation to NV to save on state tax revenue. It is even a loop hole for private business but a physical address in NV is required on that side.
