Seriously, what does it matter? Debating the short volume percentage is right up there with "how many angels are there on the head of a pin?" in terms of meaning. There is nothing that can be discerned from it for a penny stock. Zippo.

Riskless principle is but one way it is generated...others have pointed out other mechanisms...none of them result in short interest. And if there is no resulting open short position then the trade is long and the short volume is an artifact.

And anyone who makes investing or trading decisions based on it is doomed to fail. They would have better luck reading tea leaves.

Lumb and crew have been working to get more stock into the market...just like they were when the first big OS raise was revealed when it went to 8.7 Billion and a bunch of "investors" got out wink
