Anybody have any luck getting ahold of the company lately? I tried to call yesterday , but they just gave me the run around and put me on hold forever without ever getting back to me , nice! I then called at least 3 more times just cuz I was pissed . They answered one time and acted like they couldnt hear me, then the next time they didnt answer, and the final time I was direct to Zeus Travels voicemail immediately upon calling. Starting to really piss me off! Plus, you call there and the damn secretary cant even hardly speak English. Whats with these certs? There seems to always be some excuse as to why they cant be paid out. I was really counting on that money, it was around 2o grand in my case!
