My guess is they can get the financing if they want to. They just don't want to go into debt if it isn't necessary. It's a good and safe way to do business but it's also a slow process.
I'm thinking 2 more years before we see real progress concerning the stock price. I'll wait as long as it takes. Meanwhile accumulation of more shares will be my plan.
This is going to be a roller coaster ride to say the least.
