It's pretty safe to say, you're only as good as your people.
I've certainly observed that in my work over the years.
Have no idea if this is correct, but one might say that ironically, Antares had what ACTC didn't have, some talented management folks and didn't have what ACTC had, some superbly talented scientific folks?
Clearly the synthesis of both in one company, seem to greatly enhance the possibility for success, even in this very difficult world of work in growing a company.
