Back together? He never had it together - he broke countless State and federal laws, he lied to investors, and he violated the terms of a lease arrangement. Now, he continues to lie to investors, and has no mines, no permits, and no legitimate revenue.

To top it off, he no longer has the sale of PSRU to bring in money - the deal appears to be no more, and he has been exposed as being a liar, once again. Apparently, he never turned over management of PSRU, remained the CEO the whole time they were trying to convince investors that Gustin was in control.
