So what I got out of it is that K (like to call him that), had, or did have a corporation that was in fact not really a corporation, just his personal company and he used his wife to qualify it for a Corporation and used it as his own Personal Business, not a Corporation. Mixed funds (which is a big No, NO), had no corporate meetings, no minutes, etc. etc, so it was just his own personal company.
So you can conclude that he does not know how to run a corporation, runs things on his own and / or, is a scammer, all I got out of it for sure is that he does not know how to run a corporation and in fact does deal in textiles in India as previously stated and works solo?
Had a dispute with a manufacture, and as such he tried to use the corporation as a shield,but the court ruled he could not hide behind the coproration because it was not a corporation and if / when a judgement came down in his dispute that he would be personally responsible and that was 4-5 years ago..
Which leads us to today, Do we have Officers, is that why we still have Peter and is there meetings, minutes and a check book that he does not write personal checks out of and is he paying for the material that he sells and has he learned how a corporation is run and are we going by the rules (I did this corporation thing for over 25 years, pretty much knows how it works, and only sued once, by a partner before I came to work there full time and traded him cash for his shares to go away and ran it for another 20 years and never got sued, of course I guess no one here really cares about that, sorry)..
So we got a real guy, real transactions and what else?
Like I posted more than once, he needs to come out of the closet, tell us what the heck is really going on, how it works and where we're at, who's involved and where does he see it going and how are we going to get there.... Oh and is the dilution over?
Then again, did he just stop by to dump shares, move on, or build the company? I'm very in the dark on that account.
