Public companies sell share during their IPO or perhaps a secondary offering. That is the only time a company sells shares to the public. SWET is a share selling operation in that the insiders are selling the shares SWET has bestowed upon them for next to nothing.

The reality is that the only people truly laughing their "A" off are the insiders dumping to unsuspecting naive investors.
