The Attorney who I been speaking to for potential Shareholder committee for ones who bought before bankruptsy is:

He advised me let's wait until December 3rd as it looks like Dismissal is coming...

Also said this is very Rare that Debtor would terminate his council when he would BEST represent him...

Also said it could be very possible something is going on the back scene we do not know...

Doesnt make sense to terminate someone who know how to restructure unless they have something better...
