LMAO ...I do not think Saha showed up for the hearing.

It is just the procedures of the court. The judge has to rule on the petition for judgement first before the Final Disposition Hearing. I know it must seem confusing, but it is our legal system.

Did you notice the "Yield" is still posted on the OTC two days later. Does anyone know why it was not removed with the quarterly filing....was something wrong with the filing?
