Yes could effect FITX with plans of buying other property up to grow MJ within Lakeshore. Currently nope sorry as you can see council kicked the can without passing any by laws again just like always. If they were sure they had it right they would have voted but instead it seems they got a call from upper government body on what they are proposing so now back to drawing board. Meanwhile what currently FITX has in Lakeshore is zoned properly and we have stated numerous times on here with documents stating by council of last year where Steve Salmons states properly zoned agriculture. To me it sounds like council wants to kick the can until FITX has licenses so they can come back to say well we tried to stop them but it was to far gone so they don't get sued and tell neighbors they did all they could to stop it. Also there are no current zoning laws for Medical MJ in Lakeshore or permits for it meaning they applied for agriculture like MMPR/HC has advised on their website as a approved zone. I think Lakeshore got educated on the manner and now trying to figure out damage control before they get a big slap on the wrist from big Ontario.
