The current pps is indicative of a lack of confidence in the company at this point. It was "expected" that the word from FDA would be positive, but just further delays. There were complaint on the cc about communication with investors that seemed to fall on deaf ears. There is the mysterious valuation company, and the lack of any specifics on the BE study. All these things add up t make many investors skeptical.
