I've never said it was a problem. I said that it seems like they are reading into things.

Raising capital doesnt equal looking for a buyer. I think it's more likely that SLNN meant issuing more toxic notes than looking for a buyer.

Also companies in bad shape get bought all the time. It's a common practice to target them.
