I choose to stay in as I'm an investor and not a penny stock day trader. I have many positions that i've owned over 30+ years and they are doing great. In fact I have one stock that I have had 53 years. Yep it has grown in value and split many times over its years.

Sadly one stock just got bought by a German company and that deal will paid out in cash vs stock in the new company. I would much rather have stock in exchange. (Merck KGa)
