Nah, restructure or R/S would not do them any good.. Liquidity would dry up further and they would still have the same characters creating havoc. Progress would be delayed.. Who would invest at that point to allow CD players to get money back and business to expand?

What is much more logical is to split out the IND efforts with the big cash infusion with a promise of a distribution at some point in the near term. This would explain the hurry to convert shares without company support to distribute. And why the CEO suddenly deserves 300 million shares...

Remember the CD holders were patient, not selling a lick when the company was back in August to individual investors...
