The prior attorney letter is featuring the O/S for fiscal year end June 30 2013. The attorney messed up the fiscal year end as being Dec. the numbers are correct or at least close, both in the mid 200 mil. The attorney letter is wrong in its dates and wording IMO. Like the latest attorney letter, the review covers fiscal year end reporting June 30 as required by OTC to remain current. Telefix fiscal year is June, not Dec. look at the June 30 2013 period end common outstanding and then look at the attorney letter figure. The attorney letter is for that period end, not through Dec.
