That's some pretty far reaching speculation about what's going on in EU. The fact that El Afifi is still there is one of the few bright spots these guys have going. The Green Tea thing seems like a stretch and not sure how you're connecting that to Bebevco. Also, how do you know how much money is going to the EU team? There has been nothing on the financials to show any money being directed there.

IMO there is a lot more going on there than we know about and will be one of the things that might turn BBDA around. Before everyone gets all out of joint, this is only my opinion and I do not have any direct proof...
