Why would anyone think today's PR was fluff? They had their meeting last week to decide what CBD products they will go to market with and today they let us know that they will be going after the pain market. How in the hell is that fluff? We already knew that they were targeting the pain market, and other than the bit about them selling in dispensaries that Terra Tech has lined up, there was nothing new or substantial with today's PR. Maybe others didn't view it as a mere fluff PR, but I did.
The 2 bil auth shares have been there for a long time and it was from past management. Mr. James doesn't have the time to play these games and everyone knows that the authorized shares doesn't mean anything. Those who have actually done their DD know the real facts here and can see right through things like that. Cheers!

Indeed the past management was initially responsible, but there's little doubt that the reason why it still hasn't been addressed is the fact that they need a lot of shares. Just in the past year, the company has seen the number of OS shares nearly double, and the trend will likely continue until they're profitable. Do I believe that they'll need all two billion of those shares to keep the business going? I highly doubt it, but I've been surprised with other OTC companies before where you think the share count can't rise to ridiculous levels.
