Not totally impossible, but very unlikely. Even an end of dilution pump will not lift PPS. The float is just too large to allow any uptick movement. At every uptick the stock is going to have a ton of sellers with just a few buyers. Brian has been unsuccessfully trying to pump the stock for years with no results, so nothing he says has credibility anymore. Hopefully a pump will give an opportunity for some people to leave this turd behind, but unfortunately this will always have bagholders.
