Nah, it is just the opposite. When you do business with somebody, and they do their job well, you are predisposed to do more business with them. There are only 650,000 people living in Seattle. It is a pretty small place. You can't know everybody, but you keep running into the same people. Small business owners expecially.

You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot
strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring on
prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift the wage earner
up by pulling the wage payer down.
