Imho pps down because:

- some folks need holiday money immediately
- some folks are tired of waiting (taking too long than anticipated by them)
- company can't release all the agreement info at this point, they are still working on, uncertainty for some
- still under radar, very few people know about Epgl
- no sec filing, still a penny stock like others
- is not attractive for quick money making- flipping and so on.

It is slowwwwww process, imho.
