Why would any shareholder want to have the Assets spun off into a new Co. without the NEW Co. also assuming the $1,148,112 Liability it took to create the asset?

Leaving TLFX gutted and abandoned to oblivion, .0001 with no bid.

A Spin-Off is not the answer for shareholders of TLFX, although quit profitable for the Norman's.

SHAREHOLDERS WILL FEEL USED and PLUNDERED IF THEY DO THIS...
