no, 'desert_fox', I was correct! in accordance to the indictment, he "IS" obligated to pay a restitution of $55K for his crime!

By the indictment, this obligation hangs over his head!

Whether or not he "Accepts" it, is another case.

The easiest way to approach this case, (in his case), would be to Dump shares!

In an ideal world, this would "Magically" materialize the monies, he would then clear the restitution, get off clean with the help of a good lawyer!
(Paid in shares to dump on the shareholders, -wink!)

And all ends well!

But reality took a different turn!
Apparently...
