You mean 550M shares not 550 billion. But...remember this plea agreement has been out there for quite awhile. Not all of his SHAMS were at 0.0001 when that plea was put forth. For at least awhile he was getting 1 cent out of shares of SUTI after the split.

Swordfish was much higher and I think even TDEY was out of the basement. He's been dumping shares for quite awhile to capture that $55k.
