Yeah, they did sort of miss the 31-Oct deadline for getting a Form 10 approved this year, as the CMs promised. Oh well, they can pump out another PR early next year about it. Give regular updates for months on end.

Meanwhile they can continue to submit their non-audited OTC filings - assuming they feel like it. No regulators review them. Content can be just about anything they wish.

Based on what they ended the year with or nebulous "oil deals", it's difficult to imagine what kind of paid pump they are going to come up with.
