Unfortunately you may be correct.

Share selling SCAM'S are ILLEGAL and to make the kind of statement Tony did and then totally do an about face with not one word is NOT LEGAL. Even in the " pinks " their are some RULES a CEO must abide by and BLATENT LYING is one of them.

It appears Tony has set his sights on doing a FLIP in the business plan and obviously his intentions were to SELL SHARES for his next FIASCO last January.

The correct course of action would have been to start yet another company doing his MJ business with his Mother-In-Law and not hype his BIO business with all kinds of fluffy statements, then completely IGNORE the BIO business and overnight.....switch to a MJ business in mid stream after his pumping to sell shares.

IF enough complaints hit the Whistleblowers site about this then IMHO their WILL be some action in the future and probably NOT what Tony will like.
