400 million shares is a very low float in pennyville???

It seems average for microcap ville. However, there's no way BKEN is even at 400M. If it is then the only way to get there is with illegal insider dumps.

531M O/S - 228M issued 2014 = 303M. BKEN probably has around 200M-250M in the float. Depending on how much is dumped in 2015, the float could double. Possibly up to 400M+. Although, IMO there isn't enough retail demand to get it there. Wonder what percentage of microcaps are being pumped at any given time?
