I've been watching the Conakry port on Marinetraffic and there is still activity as before the ebola scare. I don't think that is holding us back. I still believe Tullow had done zero port prep work prior to the last expected drill date, but I can find no proof of that theory.

I think the West Leo is overdue for a move. The last time it moved the update was a few days behind the actual move. I expect more funny business with this next update.
