Only 5 BILLION shares authorized....What's the beef?

MJNA may have to authorize another couple billion shares to cover some legal expenses created by our top executive's conduct.

The lawyer are having a hay day with this stinky pinky stock MJNA.

The shareholders are having to foot the bill.....is that why some refer to us MJNA longs as bagholders?

This whole thing is getting very depressing! IMHO
