The merger WILL happen it's just a question of time. The fact that BOI stock continues to increase is a positive for all of us.

Just a reminder please don't post up major items without any proof.
I think we will see this merger before the end of November, maybe even sooner. It's already been delayed.

There's no reason for them to delay any longer - because the SEC is watching very closely. Wisdom would be to complete the merger and make the company more profitable for management, shareholders, and to the general public.

I hope to see a PR about the merger tomorrow. We'll see.
