Seriousintent, do understand that different people have different reasons for stating varied thoughts on things on these postings. But this is my concern. I Have contacted school districts, and very politely, and what I have heard was unsatisfactory to my business sense. In no way would I sabotage a school district or ECDC . My reasons for inquiring were to ask how they liked using this product, if it was actually in use . Possibly I am looking for that validation that tells me how many students are being served in the way those schools were listed to the investors. I am sorry that my posts are not always clear. But they do offer some considerations for the incoming investor.

And why should a company offer current numbers to the sabotager? How about offering validation to supporters and loyal investors who Have done fair due diligence by placing polite phone calls to the school district admins. Please know, these admins have been polite and candid about their hopes that the product might be in full use in their schools,,,,, one day.

. Why should the investor have to work so hard to find information that addresses use of a product? It is not I who was attempting to sabotage, in trying to bring this ECDC PRODUCT into my community.

Just tell us when a school district goes from contract and equipment ( on bus) deployment , INTO FULL USE. Also, how many individual students are being served. The school districts are already named and listed, for goodness sakes. A company who would choose to give such encouraging information could only enhance investors trust and good sense. It would totally invalidate the concerns certain people document. Not an adviser. If all the school boards listed in 10 Q are progressing, and we already know the names, then as they move from the contract agreement stage, to full use, just say so. And if not, it is not I practice for people to wonder. To renovate the program, debt and license issues will always be serious concerns. But these and other valid concerns can be addressed , along with validating numbers re: current usage / approximate head count per district, in bus use. All stated is as I presently see it. If my concerns are no longer valid, then yes, I very much believe the company would be best served by keeping the investors abreast of factual and encouraging news. If there is nothing to hide behind , and I am wrong, then I have to say it is how I see it. All stated IMHO.
