If one reviews the Florida Registration of a Foreign Corporation for PVEC, than one sees that Maria and Kerry resigned in May 2014. Jason resigned in June 2014(go to website to see that notice).
However, each is still responsible legally for their actions while they served as officers and/or directors. Also, Kerry and Jason may have additional liability for the period of time they promoted this stock for remuneration as undisclosed promoters IMO.
Also note that PV Enterprises, Inc. was administratively dissolved in Sept 2013 by the Florida Sec of State.
