regarding BION, I think the transfer agent will always have the most up to date information on the O/S count. The quarterly reports will show however how many shares are oustanding in the period that it covers. Q3 being July 1st through Septmeber 30th for 2014.

I have noticed the past week or so my computer slows down to a crawl when logging into iHub. Might have to do with the large amount of ads on the page.
