Someone please remove hotel time line misleading to all potential investors.

It is my opinion that eFUEL will never let this asset go.

Tax certs are sold every day in the US almost all to speculators. eFUEL has one year to clear this tax bill.

This hotel is a valuable asset generating considerable cash. eFUEL will never let this go for a few tax dollars however they will use this delay to negotiate a lower tax bill.
