You see, when folks point to this incident, I think, "yeah, seems related". Then I look at how the entire sector moved at that particular time - it doesn't really seem to matter at the macro. HEMP not involved, and those defrauders were targeting other companies in their trade-wash scheme - those other companies totally unrelated to cannabis.

Yeah, folks took a beating from SEC and FINRA this year, myself included (but only a slight loss in PHO*). Lets hope they dont show up anytime soon, anywhere in this sector.
