in massachusetts and the northeast there definitely is. Our electricity prices are going up 25-50% this winter because of a bottleneck in supply in natural gas. Most people have switched over from heating oil to natural gas and now there isnt enough coming into the region. So yeah, i think this would be a perfect product to help save us new englanders this winter from overpaying for electricity
