Sure, not a doubt about that. But there's room for concern when the mouth says one thing and the body does different.

Now it seems the mouth (Adam) and the body (BION) are in tune. But not after a, "SURPRISE! Turns out we were issuing common shares, when we said we didn't intend to!" gotcha moment. I'll just chalk that up to intent not being properly relayed to its investor relations mouthpiece by BION management.

After all BION could still turn out to be a highly orchestrated enrichment scheme. We still are in Penny Land :)
